Welcome to the Walk Your Heart to Health (WYHH) Walking Groups!

WYHH is a walking group program for Detroiters who want to get out and walk together to improve their heart health. Our walking groups create fun and active spaces for participants to meet new people, walk with neighborhood residents and learn about health topics that impact their lives.

On this blog you’ll find all the information you need about our walking groups and about how they can help you improve your health and the health of your community.
